Sunlight is stretching across the yard and a light breeze is stirring as I sit on my back porch writing to you. Ah, the pleasure of cooler temperatures and the delicious aromas of fall.

It seemed as if summer’s heat did not want to relinquish its power to the refreshing days of autumn, but it finally has, even here in Georgia.

In due time, our beautiful fall days will give way to winter, and with that comes a wonderful time of hot beverages, toasty fires, and Christmastime books! I’m excited to share that my first fiction compilation book—Amish Christmas at North Star—is now out!
