The Sisters of the Quilt series was a healing balm for me. Having just passed the 2nd anniversary of my dear, dear mother, it was just what I needed to help my soul continue to heal. I am 62 and disabled, and am also caregiver for my 87 year old critically ill father, and my 82 year old husband who also has some serious health issues. Reading is all I have and any books pertaining to Amish culture captivate me. Cindy is a tremendous artist, painting her characters in 3D, so they come alive and enter one’s mind and soul. Great job. Anxiously waiting for more. Thank you.
