I am thrilled to have yet another author of Amish stories. I can’t seem to get enough of the plain life. The Amish and Menonites are so lovely and honest and family oriented. I am enthralled with the Amish life sytle. I just love Amish people and their unshakable faith. I have respect for plain life and the Amish and Menonites. One day I am going to visit a Amish community. I would thoughly love to win a book and wall hanging. Thank you for letting us read about these wonderful people.

I’ve also enjoyed the hospitality of the Old Order Amish in Sugarcreek–while researching my debut novel, Love Finds You In Sugarcreek, Ohio. I went to their home, worried that I would say all the wrong things–and ended up having one of the best times of my life as we laughed and talked around a lamp-lit kitchen table. The Amish, I found, at least with the family I visited–have a REALLY good sense of humor. My sides ached the next day. So unexpected.

What a joy to be able to visit the home of the Amish. To really see how they live and sit down and talk with them is one of my desire in life. I love books about women, period. And to think that AMish women are different is an error, they are like “english” women, some are happy, some are not, some are pleasant, some are not, some are sophisticated in their own way. Irregardless, I think all of them have a serenity in that they have less “tech” distractions..all in all, they are marveolously creative people…
